Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 28, 2026 · Official Domains: pitchroom.app & getpitchroom.com · Product: PitchRoom (B2B Proposal, Quoting & Scope Sign-Off Software for Agencies)

Welcome to PitchRoom. PitchRoom is operated by Eran Caspary, Tel Aviv, Israel. In these Terms, "PitchRoom", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of PitchRoom. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PitchRoom B2B proposal, quoting, and scope sign-off software platform, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "Agency", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PitchRoom is B2B Proposal, Quoting & Scope Sign-Off Software for Agencies. The Service enables software, consulting, digital, and B2B service agencies to organize project scopes into structured multi-tier commercial quotes (Option A / Option B / Option C), present interactive client proposal rooms and 16:9 scope overview decks, receive real-time engagement telemetry when clients review proposals, and record client scope approvals.

2. Merchant of Record & Subscription Billing (Flow A)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all PitchRoom software subscription orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for software subscription purchases. Subscription plans include:

  • Agency Pro Plan: $299 USD / month or $2,990 USD / year (1 seat, unlimited client proposal rooms, scope importer, open & approval telemetry, 16:9 PDF/PPTX export).
  • Agency Scale & Team Workspace Plan: $499 USD / month or $4,990 USD / year (up to 5 partner seats, custom white-label subdomain, shared scope & case-study vault).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle.com at checkout.

3. Agency–Client Transactions & Direct Kickoff Deposits (Flow B Guardrail)

Explicit Commercial & Payment Separation: PitchRoom is not a party to any contract, statement of work, or payment transaction between an Agency and its Clients. Scope approval inside a PitchRoom room records the client's commercial acceptance of the displayed room version and redirects the client to the Agency's own designated payment destination.

PitchRoom is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) workspace provider and does not act as an escrow agent, payment facilitator, money transmitter, or marketplace between an Agency and the Agency's end-clients:

  • When an Agency configures a kickoff deposit payment link (e.g., the Agency's own Stripe, Paddle, PayPal, Wise, or direct bank wire instructions) inside a Proposal Room, the client interacts directly with the Agency's designated payment processor or bank instructions.
  • Every published Proposal Room generates a cryptographic SHA-256 versionHash of the presented scope tiers and pricing. When a client submits scope approval, PitchRoom logs the signatory's name, title, email, timestamp, and exact versionHash as an audit record for the Agency and the Client, and logs when the external deposit link is clicked (deposit_link_clicked).
  • The Agency is solely responsible for delivering its contracted services to its clients, issuing tax-compliant invoices for its agency services, and handling any disputes or refunds with its own clients.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All PitchRoom software subscriptions are covered by our unconditional 30-Day Refund Policy in full compliance with Paddle's buyer protection rules. You may cancel your subscription at any time or request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase by contacting support@getpitchroom.com or through Paddle Buyer Support. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

5. Customer Data & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property in the proposal scopes, pricing, client names, case studies, and materials you upload or enter into PitchRoom ("Customer Content"). PitchRoom retains all right, title, and interest in and to the PitchRoom software platform, templates, interface design, and underlying code.

6. Acceptable Use & Anti-Phishing Requirements

You agree to use PitchRoom solely for legitimate B2B commercial proposals and quoting. Any external payment destination URL configured by an Agency in a Proposal Room must use valid HTTPS encryption (https://) and the destination domain is transparently displayed to the recipient prior to redirect. Using PitchRoom to distribute deceptive links, phishing pages, or unlawful content will result in immediate account termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PitchRoom's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
